It was a group interview with the campus recruiter and her manager. The interview was very conversational and relaxed. They basically just want to see whether you will fit into and get along with them and to be able to join their conversation about basically anything. They talked about their firm and asked me what I look for in a firm. Overall a very great experience!

Interview
I did an interview on campus. It was a very relaxing 30-minute conversation. The partner just tried to know whether you are a likeable person or not. I mostly talked about myself and asked a lot of questions to show my interest. You can try to ask the questions that you are genuinely interested in, not just for the sake of asking questions. However, I tried to remain a professional manner as well. The result came about a week later. Also, remember to do a follow-up with the interviewer as well as the recruiter.
