The interview process at Moss Adams LLP was professional and well-structured. It began with an initial phone screening with a recruiter, who asked about my background, interest in tax, and why I wanted to work at Moss Adams. After that, I was invited to a virtual interview with two tax managers. They asked a mix of behavioral and technical questions, such as my experience with tax preparation, how I handle deadlines, and basic tax concepts.
The interviewers were friendly and made the conversation feel comfortable, while still evaluating my problem-solving and communication skills. There was also time at the end to ask questions about the firm’s culture, workload during busy season, and growth opportunities. Overall, the process was smooth and gave a clear picture of what it’s like to work there.
