Interview
I had one phone interview and one face to face interview. A lot of basic interview questions, some curve balls. Everyone was friendly. When I left I could tell that the process went well.
Step 1: Application Completed Step 2: Interview: thorough, intelligent questions were asked. Step 3: Psychological Test, this is probably the most difficult. I've taken several of these but this one was a brain twister.

Interview
Initial interview is phone, follow up interview can be either phone or in person, final interview is in person. Expect to talk about past sales background and how you would handle certain situations.
