Codility challenge, followed by a half-day interview. 2 x technical + 1 x culture.
Got reply from recruiter next day. Feedback was that while I'm definitely technically competent enough for the role, they got an impression that I am "not a team player" based on my answers as to why I want to quit my current job.
Reading between the lines, and having read some other reviews of Morse Micro, my impression is that they want a yes-man in the position who will accept constant scope creep, unrealistic product roadmaps and lack of work-life balance resulting from those issues.
Frankly, I think I dodged a bullet here.
