The questions were provided beforehand which I very much appreciated! There were two interviewers. I liked the experience but decided to go with a group private practice instead. I have heard that community mental health counseling can be 'burnout city' which is why I went in a different direction. However, community mental health does offer a base salary and that is valuable.
