I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Morris College
Interview
Face to face after a telephone initial ly. Quite a long process.
Took place over a number of weeks . Very friendly but could have been a slicker process. Needed to take a lot if time off.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Morris College (Sumter, SC) in Jul 2012
Interview
submitted my complete package by mail; I underwent three phone interiviews; finally spent the day at the college in a more complete interview. During this time I had to state my goals for the college and provide a research plan that was suitable for undergraduate students
I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Morris College (Sumter, SC) in Feb 2013
Interview
The interview process was painless. Questions regarding how can you make a difference in the organization were raised. This question seems forward (not to mention intimidating!), but if you're asked it, you're in luck: There's no better setup for you to sell yourself and your skills to the hiring manager. Your job here is to craft an answer that covers three things: that you can not only do the work, you can deliver great results; that you'll really fit in with the team and culture; and that you'd be a better hire than any of the other candidates.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to deal with an upset customer? How did you handle the situation? The mistake many support reps make, however, is in using the knee-jerk “I don’t know” response, which doesn’t help the customer. The customer may be sympathetic that you don’t know, but they’re not interested in hearing about it.
