Interview process itself was fine, pretty typical. I was told there would be a decision one way or another within a week I would be notified. I've been completely ghosted since. No one has reached out, so my assumption is they went to the other candidate. Seems a bit unprofessional to not at least have the courtesy to speak to the candidate after that person has set aside time to prepare and participate in multiple rounds of interviews.
