I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Morningstar (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2022
Interview
Two-stage, 30 min each.
In the first one I was asked about my experience in the different parts of the software development lifecycle and explained about the company. They told me by the company policy I'd get feedback in up to 2 weeks.
After 4 weeks I was called for a second interview. It was with an engineer and he asked me almost the same things that were asked in the first one. Almost sure they didn't want to be an interviewer.
After that didn't get any feedback. I emailed the HR rep after 2 weeks and they ghosted me. No answer so far.
