Applied for the Boston Office but was then told its actually in Medford, which would not be as big of a deal if the position was not in person everyday with no flexibility. First two rounds were very similar basic. Come prepared with lots of questions because that is the only way to keep the interview going.

Emmi was professional and friendly. She was very engaging and made the interview very comfortable. She answered my questions. She listened. She gave great feedback. She responded to my emails quickly.
Flawless interview process with down to earth paralegal and attorney. The interview was about one hour long, and we discussed the firm, my role, my skills and what I would bring to the firm.
Meet with multiple attorneys and the managing partner. The managing partner will brag about the ability to make money and bonus while never bounding his own staff. You will not know how hard it is to get the bonus unless after you get the job and even then it was a struggle to have corporate pay for bonus and explaining how the bonus structure works. Very much a lie that this is an amazing place to work.
