Interviewer was nice - they had the wrong name at first so thankfully I said something. They told me they would get back to me in three weeks and it took three months for them to reject me (after sending three emails asking for an update) but ultimately the rejection was kind.

Question 1
Ten questions - they ask the same one to each interviewee. Basic interview questions such as "when you had to be a leader" or "when you faced a challenge."

Interview
Process was easy and completely on zoom. They did not read my resume ahead of time, so I had to make an effort to highlight what I thought was important. They asked almost no questions, they were going totally on vibe.
