The conversation felt natural, and I appreciated that they gave me room to explain myself instead of just running through the usual stereotypical interview questions. Overall, it left me with a very positive impression of the firm and the people I would potentially be working with.

Morgan and Morgan utilized a job fair style format for hiring that provided both a relaxed atmosphere and streamlined hiring process. I found the ad on indeed and simply reserved a time to meet with the hiring manager. I spoke to her for approximately half an hour before speaking to a manger for another 30 minutes or so. They were very kind and informative about the position, and I recieved an offer less than 48 hours after the interview was completed.
