I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley
Interview
The interviewer was very rude and derogatory in his line of questioning. He was an Indian.
I passed my BTech back in India, 14 years back. The first question of this interviewer was, whether I got the job in on-campus interview or off-campus.
This was the first time any interviewer asked how I got my job. This is just ridiculous. At that time, I was in USA, and was looking for jobs in India, since I was trying to move back permanently to India, he asked what VISA I was in USA. It does not even matter for the job posting, since it was in India, This guy left after 30 mins, and another person joined, even though this guy was supposed to take whole 60 minutes interview. The other guy who joined wasn't even prepared for the interview and didn't even have my resume. A pretty much waste of time.
Avoid this company.

I applied online. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Bengaluru) in Jan 2026
Interview
It has 6 rounds, all are technical.
Technical questions related to Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka.
After 2 and half months, they don't have any answer and put the position on hold. This is totally wasting of time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Bengaluru) in May 2025
Interview
I found the interview process at Morgan Stanley to be less about meaningful engagement with the candidate and more focused on showcasing the interviewer's own expertise. Rather than fostering a two-way conversation to evaluate mutual fit and problem-solving ability, the interaction felt one-sided and performative. There was a noticeable lack of genuine interest in understanding my background or perspectives, with much of the time spent on complex technical questions seemingly chosen more to impress than assess.
