Medium. Interview questions psychometric test difficult. HR explained everything well but the test was difficult. Interviews really tough you need to have experience in finance before interviewing. Seems to be very corporate environment to work in

After initial screening from HR, assessment day with other candidates followed by tests and a short interview asking motivation for joining the company, the career path, and relevant technical knowledge for the role.
s&t IE: first round 30 minute telephone interview, number of basic behavioural questions. second round 30 minute telephone interview, combination of some harder behavioural and basic technical questions for job role
