I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (London, England) in Jun 2010
Interview
Six one-to-one interviews, five of them in the same afternoon --- and they all asked exactly the same questions! They seemed to be looking for holes in my CV rather than trying to find out more about my ideas for the role.
Interviewed with a recruiter then the hiring manager. More conversational based. Probably depends on each department/area and each specific manager. Recruiter asked basic questions like what are your salary expectations.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you worked well on a team? What type of challenges did you encounter.
I applied online. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley in Sept 2022
Interview
Yes the interview was long and thorough but the follow-up took long before final decision was made on application. This is partly recruiting shortage but could have been handled differently.

Question 1
What attributes are required to be successful at the job?
I had a 30-minute behavioral interview with the hiring manager that involves the job role and professional background. The hiring manager also gave a detailed description of what they are looking for in terms of an ideal start date and desired skill set. The interview was pleasant and we had a good time. There were some technical difficulties at first but overall I would say it was a pleasant experience.
