I took a few assessments: workplace simulation, psychometrics test, and a general reasoning test (IQ test.) Then I had a screening call with a recruiter. Then I completed the Hirevue virtual interview. Then I was instructed to complete a business plan. My business plan was accepted, so I had 2 virtual interviews with a local office.
After several months of interviewing, I haven't received a definitive offer or rejection. I received a "Maybe!" This kind of hiring practice does not bode well for their "diversity and inclusion" efforts. I'm a POC (person of color) and I had to self select out. I can't wait for months on end to maybe-one-day-hope-to-dream-for-the-opportunity to get an offer.
