I am doing a market study as I plan to join MS soon. All team members that I have met so far are nice. They treat people with respect. Hope this will continue once the hiring process completes. Looking forward to a great experience.

1 round - two interviewers. fairly straight forward. went pretty well and was satisfied. received offer after the first round. offer pending. i am going forward in my desire to continue.

Interview
First interview with two support team members, reasonably casual. Second interview was with a higher up, barraged with irrelevant technical questions and interrogated on my qualifications. No further interviews after that.
