I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley
Interview
Multiple choice exam---> 3 phone interviews --> 1 phone interview---> Interviewed with two teams on site--->Offer. The exam was very difficult but I don't think the teams that recruited me ultimately looked at it.
Morgan Stanley typically conducts multiple interview rounds for Associate positions, including UAT Testing roles. You can expect a mix of technical and behavioral interviews, often starting with an initial phone screening, followed by one or more rounds of in-person or virtual interviews with team members and managers. The exact number of rounds can vary depending on the specific role and department.
