Interview
The interview Process took about 2 to 3 weeks.
First was the phone interview, which took about 7 minutes. A few days later i had to do a test and finally an interview at the office, which took about 1 hour: 30 minuted with the team and 30 mins with HR.
The overall process was very good.
The first round was a behavioral interview and the superday had some brain teasers but was also mostly behavioral. I met with four people total and they were all from the division I applied to.

First phone interview was competency and behavioral. It is a nice conversation if you are not nervous. Takes around 30 minutes. They ask you about situations in which you showed certain skills.
Also prepare some background knowledge on news and markets. Make sure you are up to date
