Moreno Valley College interview questions

A 30-45 minute Zoom interview with three faculty asking various questions about teaching pedagogy, student policies, diversity, and inclusion, etc. I got the impression that they want to see who you are as an instructor and how you engage with students.

The interview was pretty organized, with three panel of people asking you questions. They let you look at the questions and give you time in advance so you can think of your answers ahead of time.
