There were 3 rounds of interview with 8 people from 2 different companies and 3 different locations! A lot of information exchange happened in which I also shared advise on how they can go about setting up infra for a new project. Things like shift timings were revealed during the interview process and not during initial connects with HR (these things should be clearly mentioned on the JD). The negotiations were very hard. Finally the HR didn't seem happy to give the offer infact I was met with a lot of aggressive communication at the end which pushed me to avoid. It was a pity as I met some really good and talented people during the interview process that I would have liked to work with.
