Standard process with phone interview and in-person interview with a partner and recruiter at Moray & Agnew. They were easy to talk to, and situational questions kept it practical and conversational.

No questions re technical skills, more interested in personality and fit within the team. They didn’t offer the role as they were seeking someone with a different skill set, which would have been good to know from the outset.
