Pros: It was smooth sailing and the hiring manager for the position was very friendly. The interview was more like a conversation and nothing difficult at all. Just asked about my experience and future. Cons: Even though I presented myself very well throughout the interview process I did not receive an offer and a reason was not given. After 3 to 4 weeks went by I did not receive an update so I emailed the hiring manager asking for an update. Then later on in the day HR sent the rejection email. It seemed like a good opportunity with a beautiful office out of the Bank of America Corporate Center. HR needs to reach out to candidates and update them on the process instead of trying to ghost them. Not professional at all!
