Interview
The selection process constitute of 3 stages Aptitude Test, Group Discussion and final interview. In group discussion they mainly focus on the content and how you speak. In interview they expect to the point answers and they ask mostly technical question related to your domain.
First stage was a online accounting test, second stage was an interview with a team member and was half competency and half technical questions and final stage was with two other senior team members and was a similar layout to stage one.

How I dealt with a disagreement with someone in my team and what was the solution.
The interview process was seamless and well- conducted. Each interviewer was professional, nice, and asked relevant questions related to the position. I interviewed with four people, at two different times. I appreciated the setting (large conference room). The interview did not feel rushed and I felt that I was able to do my best.

Talk about your research; Q & A; ask them questions. This position is hired through AEA. The candidates usually have a Ph.D. in Economics. It is casual talk. Questions are not challenging and they ask questions related to your research.
