I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Moody's (New York, NY) in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied through an online posting. I interviewed with ten interviewers over six weeks in three phases. Process started with a phone screen, then a combination of phone and onsite interviews with peers and management.
I was not offered the position, which was dissapointing, especially after meeting with 10 team members.

Question 1
Peer questions were mostly technical, with some behavioral.
Management questions were almost all behavioral with a couple technical questions sprinkled in.
The interview process consisted of four stages, involving different levels of leadership within the organization. It began with an initial screening by the HR recruiter, followed by a detailed interview with the Hiring Manager. The next stage involved an interview with a Skip-Level Manager, providing a broader perspective on the role and team dynamics. Finally, the process concluded with a meeting with the Managing Director (Business Leaders), ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Each interview was conducted virtually and focused primarily on scenario-based questions, assessing problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and how candidates would handle real-world challenges in the role.
