Initial Application process at Monzo Take home task - 3 subjective questions based on the profile. 2 interview - HR interview Technical interview with 2 recruiters. Plenty of question most of them are STAR based.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Monzo Bank in Dec 2025
Interview
30 minutes initial screening call with a recruiter. If successful on the initial screening call you will get an invitation for a 1 hour panel of 2 interviewers video interview.
Competency based and a few technical questions. Interviewers were friendly and engaged in a conversation which would lead to further natural questions. Everything is completed and actioned remotely and good chance for progression.

Tell me about a time you worked under pressure and how did you deal with the situation to get the desired outcome.
Pretty simple, provided my CV and answered the questions provided on the application. I then had one interview were we spoke about my previous experience, shortly after I was offered the role.
