Monterey Peninsula College interview questions

Easy - just ask you about your major and prior work experience. Questions are mostly behavioral based. Also situational based questions such as what would you do..you just need to think of all of the scenarios you could possibly face working there and be prepared to explain

I had to take a written exam followed by an interview with a panel of 5 people. After the interview, someone from HR came down to say that they lost my written exam and could I take it again. I had driven 5 hours to the interview, so I wasn't pleased, but I of course obliged. I later spoke to a former supervisor who informed me that sometimes community colleges do such things to see how you react/perform under duress.
