Upon completion, I received a “Talent Card” summarizing my five strongest attributes and offering guidance on how to better understand my potential. Shortly thereafter, I was informed via a generic email that the company had decided to proceed with other candidates. Requiring a relatively lengthy assessment at such an early stage in the process created a potentially misleading impression regarding the likelihood of advancing. This approach to candidate evaluation would benefit from greater consideration of applicants’ time and effort.
