I applied online and then after a few days I got an email from the recruitment specialist saying that I have selected to proceed to the first round of the recruitment process, which entails completing the Monocle Online Assessment. I wrote the assessment and then I got an email that I passed their assessment and I'm invited to the In-person interview at their office with all details. What surprised me is that I got a rejection email a day before my interview that I have failed the assessment they won't go further with my application, I emailed the recruiter that I got the email it was said I should ignore it I should come to the office as expected. I just knew you that I won't get the job before going there but with my faith I still went. The interview was so so nice the recruitment specialist was so kind, the interview was more of like a get to know each other nothing technical. It felt like I was having a conversation with someone I knew we were just talking and flowing. After that had high hopes that I was going to the next process which was the final interview the technical one but I didn't make it through. Overall the interview was great and the application process and the assessment was seamless and interesting. Hoping to try again :)
