I applied though Linkedin and had a 30 minute interview (in theory, as the interviewer was actually quite late).
The interview was a camera-off virtual call. We didn't talk about nor looked at my previous work, which seemed odd during an interview for an illustrator position.
During the call, the interviewer asked me to not apply to other positions, leading me believe there would at least be a second interview - there wasn't.
At the end of the call, he mentioned I would hear back within 48 hours or so, regardless of the outcome, although that wasn't the case. Only when prompted, I received a seemingly copy-paste email saying they went with someone with more suited experience, well after 2 days later.
For context, I applied to this company in the past and never got an interview. I was thrilled when I got this opportunity, however the experience has honestly made me rethink wanting to work there altogether.
