I applied online. I interviewed at Moneybox (London, England)
Interview
I enjoyed meeting the team and they seem to have a good culture (friendly people and good benefits). The only downside was that it took two plus weeks to hear back after my longer interview but the feedback was detailed and helpful.

Question 1
A time when I've effectively influenced someone or a situation
First interview is an initial chat talking lightly about experience, expectations, and the company. I was told there would be 2 more interviews including 1 with the CTO and a technical interview. I did only the first interview and then they went with another candidate they'd already fully interviewed.
The screening HR interview was pleasant. Bog standard questions. However they demanded a task to be completed before actually interviewing. Not even presented. Just sent over.
Highly unethical. And shows a complete lack of respect for creative. Asking folks to spend 2 hours on a task that in reality would take two days without knowing the client the strategy or the brand is pointless. And proves nothing.
If you want to assess the work look at the creative portfolio. That’s what they’re for.
Second interview was fine. More of the same questions. Role seemed more like they want a marketing and creative manger who happens to write than a creative.

Can’t remember the specific questions but they were exactly what chat gpt told me they’d ask.
