I was contacted by an employee named Courtney after posting my resume on Monster and after a phone screen was invited into the office for an interview. I first interviewed with Courtney who mentioned that she had no final decision over my employment offer. She was extremely easy to talk to and I was able to ask her questions I probably would not have asked the managers. I met with 4 managers over the course of 4 hours; each one I was prepped for and introduced to by Courtney. The managers each had their own style of interview and I was told to ask questions to all of them. They had me shadow an employee for a short period of time which really helped to understand the daily grind of Mondo. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their work and the overall atmosphere of the company. I received an email from Courtney on my way home with the emails of everyone I had interviewed with for follow ups. Overall a very comfortable experience!

They ask about your overall understanding of sales and ability to handle rejection
I was spoken to in such a rude manner by one of the sales managers. I have never been treated so curtly before in all my years of interviewing for different roles. I'm not sure if they try to use scare tactics or something over at Mondo, but I have no interest in working for a company with that kind of environment. It seems like they take advantage of young, unexperienced college graduates who are dying to be seen as professionals.

Phone screening with internal recruiter, in person interview with 2-3 sales managers (one in the local office, the others from corporate)
Unfortunately, the internal recruiter never responded to my feedback from the in person interview. I take it that I didn’t get the job, but a rejection is more professional than no answer, especially since we had been in communication for about a week.
