The interview process was a normal process, however, Sarah Kahn, my recruiter at Mondo, was exceptional and simplified everything for me. She ensured transparent communication along the way, set up my telephone call screen with Harte Hanks and the in-person interview with them, as well. She had double and triple checked specific notes and points with me to ensure that I was always on the same page. She was very consistent with the process and took her time to review details with me. The actual process was easy - she and I exchanged a few calls each day and text messages, as well, to keep up to speed in the process.
After reviewing the Email QA Specialist role with me on November 1, 2016 (or close to that date), Sarah and I went over my skill set. The role and my skill set matched well, so the next step was a telephone screen with Harte Hanks. That call went well - easy questions, simple conversation around the role and daily responsibilities.
The next step was hearing back from Sarah. She then planned an in-person meeting for me at their office. Sarah was in touch each step of the way. There was a 30 minute test to review my Email QA skills (I shouldn't even call it a test - it was very simple and straightforward - and it was just a way to help the team see if I had the required skill set). Everything, again, went well. I received a follow up call from Sarah that same evening of my interview to confirm that the company did in fact want to move forward with my application.
The last steps were simple, as well: a background check and a single urine drug screen at Quest Diagnostics. The process took approx. 2 weeks. Sarah made everything painless for me (thank you so much, Sarah!) I actually started my new role today, and it was a beautiful, smooth process.
