The stages so far were: 1. Application with competency questions, 2. Character defining test, 3. Video interview, 4. Telephone interview (Simple questions based on cv), 5. Verbal and numerical reasoning test, 6. Waiting for assessment center.

There were 6 stages; 2 screening tests, online video interview, telephone interview, aptitude test and assessment centre.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Mondelēz International (Birmingham, England) in Dec 2015
Interview
1- Online application including competency question like a time you achieved something under pressure
2- An online personality test, basically to compare the candidate personality against the role
3-Recored video interview, it consisted of 4 question like why mondelez, why this role and what interest you in the role. You will have 72 hours to complete the interview, also the videos can be re-recorded until you are satisfied and it can be submitted
4- A competency telephone interview, it included questions regarding 'Interpersonal savvy'
5- Should be a verbal and numerical reasoning test, however people mentioned the following step is the assessment center. It have been 4 weeks but no feedback for the telephone interview was sent yet. The assessment day is divided to 3 main parts; group project, presentation (the topic will be given) and face to face interview.
