Interview
Telephone screening and discussion around a selection of suitable roles before being put forward for consideration by various recruiting managers. This was followed by a two stage interview process with the recruiting manager, the latter including an unseen case study and presentation which lasted c. 45mins including preparation time, presentation time, Q&A and feedback. Clearly designed to see how you act and absorb detail under pressure, but good in that in minimised the need for significant presentation preparation ahead of time.
The Mondelez Global recruitment portal through which all candidates register and track their progress through the system seems a little clunky and unnecessary, however I can appreciate the need for such a platform given the scale of the business operation around the world.
