I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mondelēz International (Calgary, AB) in Oct 2012
Interview
Mondelelez is the brand that Kraft Foods created when they separated their grocery and snack lines, so it is a HUGE international company. First there was a lengthy phone interview that lasted about 45 minutes, involving straightforward behavioral questions and inquiry into your life and career. Next I was asked to a real interview with the Territory Manager. I thought it went great except near the end when he said more behavioral questions would be asked. I only got through the first question but had to use a past example from my school career as I had very little sales experience. My answer, although I thought it was sufficient, seemed to turn the manager off and the interview came to a sudden halt. I have no idea what I could have said to destroy my chances so abruptly, I definitely didn't say anything offensive or inappropriate for the position. He then asked if I had questions, which I tried to redeem my interest and knowledge, but obviously to no avail. They called about a week and a half later to regret to inform me blah blah.

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you had to sell something to someone who was opposed to the product, idea, or service; what you did to make the sale or change their mind; what were the results; and how have you applied what you learned it that situation?
Two interviews one on the phone and one in person where they asked me about my current experience and told me about the company and role. Interviews were with a few different members of the team
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mondelēz International (Calgary, AB) in Aug 2014
Interview
I had an initial interview with a 3rd party company that was responsible for recruiting candidates. Very brief overview of resume and skill set. I then proceeded to the second and third interview where there was a series of situational/behavioral questions. All requiring me to answer with the Situation, Reaction, Action, and what I learned. Very straight forward- no curve balls.
