HR will conduct a phone interview first ask some common question, then they will arrange a time for you to have a face to face interview. My interview happened after 5 days of the call, the hiring manager interviewed me, asked some question about project management and some mechanical stuffs. The interview is easy, end of the interview he said that there will be 2nd round with his boss and HR will contact me within a week, but after 2 weeks still no news from them and I did send out a mail to follow up but no respond, the END...

Interview
The entire interview process was very smooth and well-organized. Everyone I interacted with was professional, clear, and respectful throughout.
Interview Rounds:
Initial HR Screening – A quick and friendly call to go over my background, resume, and interest in the role.
Technical Interview with the Team – Focused on continuous improvement, Lean/TPM tools, and real-world problem-solving. The team was engaging and made the conversation feel collaborative.
Final HR Call – Discussed next steps, offer details, and onboarding. Very supportive and informative.
Overall, it was a great experience. The process moved at a good pace, and communication was prompt at every stage. I felt valued and informed throughout.

How you solve any problem on production line?
What was the most challenging part in it and how did you overcome it ?
How do you make sure that you only produce good parts ?
Technical questions regarding position. But overall good with time to ask questions regarding the position. At least two interviewers. Do research on the company and expect a lot of questions regarding past experiences.
Basic scenario questions based on experience on how to handle a situation, how to communicate with experienced employees, if hired what would be the first step and how would you plan your first three months on the job
