The interview process was unusual and poorly managed.
I was contacted on LinkedIn by a Mondassur employee who appeared to be copying and pasting questions and responses from another employee responsible for recruitment but not present on LinkedIn. The messages contained numerous typos, and there was no clear explanation of who this person was or why communication was being handled indirectly.
I was then given a single interview slot, with no choice of date or time. In 2026, it is reasonable to expect candidates to be offered at least a few options. During the interview, I was informed that, if I passed the written test, I would need to attend another interview within two or three days, again with the expectation that I would adjust my schedule entirely around their availability.
After the interview, I completed a three-page written assignment in a Word document. I then received no feedback for two weeks. My LinkedIn messages and emails were ignored.
The manager responsible for the role eventually told me to contact someone else. For a business development position that requires strong communication and relationship-management skills, the company’s own recruitment process demonstrated a surprising lack of basic professionalism and communication.
