I was sent an automated text message on a Wednesday to schedule an interview. The original link didn’t work, so I reached out and was provided a second link to select a time. Due to prior commitments, I scheduled for Monday.
At the scheduled time, I did not receive a call. I waited 10 minutes and followed up via email, but received no response. The following day, I received a rejection email stating I was not selected for the role.
This experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. Failing to show up for a scheduled interview without communication, followed by a rejection, reflects poorly on the hiring process and candidate experience.
