Interview
The first interview began with a phone call from Rez, such a sweet woman who broke brown the entire process to me, we even had some laughs in-between which was helpful in breaking down those barriers and opening up the flow of conversation.

Question 1
They asked me about my hobbies and what I like to do on my free time, which I thought was a great ice breaker, as well as how I deal with rejections, it got me to open up about my own experiences and peaked my interest even more.
I had a great interview experience with Rez. They were professional, friendly, and made the conversation feel comfortable and engaging. The interview was well-structured, and the role and expectations were explained clearly.
Rez asked thoughtful questions and provided helpful insight into the company and position. Overall, a wonderful experience.
Received a call explaining position, hours and expectations. Where I was later set up for a second round interview. Rez made the whole process very smooth! Excited to now be part of Momentum Solar
I had a great experience throughout the interview process. Rezwana (Rez) was amazing , super helpful, friendly, and very fast-paced. She made the entire process exciting and stress-free, and communication was always clear and timely.
Randi, the interviewer, was also incredible. She was extremely helpful, engaging, and genuinely exciting to talk to. The conversation felt natural and motivating, which made the experience stand out in a very positive way.
