Contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, I messaged back saying I was interested and they set up a time to talk (all through LinkedIn messaging). Had 20-30 minute call. They followed up within a day saying they’d like me to talk to Jim, the partner. I had a 30 minute call with him a week or so later. Last, I talked to two current employees a week or so later for about 30-40 minutes.
