I applied online via their website, then was sent an extensive online 'assessment' where I answered questions, some with text and some with video. Mostly get to know me type questions. After that I was emailed to schedule an in-person interview. I was interviewed by 2 people at the shop and they gave me a tour of it, had me practice doing things like doing a scoop and cleaning a bit, while also asking questions.
