I applied on Nov 8, was interviewed a month later by the job recruiter, and interviewed by the hiring manager a week later. The same day, I got the rejection email.

Question 1
The hiring manager acted more like an interrogator than a professional interviewer. He tried to find contradictions in my resume instead of asking deep questions about how I did my prior projects. For example, he wanted to put me in a corner that GPT 3.5 was not issued when I claimed it in my resume, while he was wrong about the issue date of GPT 3.5. See, how cheap were his questions!
