Initially submitted application online. Contacted via email with a short questionnaire about job related customer care situations. The next day I was contacted via email for an interview invite. Interviewed by two people, only lasted about twenty minutes. Contacted via email a couple of days later with offer. Everything was done online, background check etc.

Brief, asked questions like: How would you feel being sedentary; Describe a time when a client just kept telling you no; Do you believe in company growth?
Interview was super easy. Good to know about medicaid and Marketplace. Management sucks, if you're interested in working for the company just keep in mind that this company changes process every year and Management seems to not know that they doing

Interview
Will interview with either the manager or a supervisor. They will ask if you have any health care experience and if you are good at using a computer. As long as you say yes to both and say that you are willing to help members and change life then they will hire you.

Was a basic process , asked basic questions which lasted about 20 minutes, it was a panel interview with 3 supervisors in the room and called me back within a day to extend an offer
