I applied through other source. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare in May 2018
Interview
Panel interview with 2 engineers, 1 manager. Tech stack is very outdated and those claiming to be in charge didnt express any interest in latest technologies that help the business thrive. Questions included rote memory of .NET 3.5 classes ( taking us back to 2007) Engineers didnt have any express knowledge of some of the latest patterns as it related to ASP.NET, and were backend heavy (SQL)
I asked about ORM and there was clear pushback, red flag. Also, engineers didnt wait turns to ask questions, sometimes interrupting each-other to ask different questions/topics altogether
