I have been contacted by the CTO on LinkedIn to setup a call.
Classic phone screen to understand if I could be a fit.
I then eceived a fairly easy coding challenge (2/3 hours) that I needed to do in a few days.
After that I had 2 interviews on site, 1 with the CTO (technical, went through the tests and then a pretty cool discussion about tech at Mylo and from my experiences) and 1 with the CEO more behavioral.
Overall the process felt fair and genuine, I recommend it, especially if you hate the classic whiteboard interviews.
