Interview
I had an initial 20 minute interview with HR, and then I was asked to complete this 2 page document filled with marketing questions and hypothetical situations, which took me 2.5 hours to complete. Then I was to meet with the HR and Operations personnel. And after a few days, they went dead. I never received any feedback on my performance or if they moved on with anyone else.

I emailed back and forth with the founder, had one video interview and took an assessment to see if I'd be a culture fit. Did not hear back from anyone even after following up twice.
