Mohela Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Was very much easy . Asked your standard questions. Be prepared to discuss success and failures. Also really talk up meeting KPI’s and remote work. Attention to detail with having to be micro managed.

Simple interview got job offer on the interview. Took awhile to start working though due to having to wait on a federal background clearance. But once I got that it was pretty straightforward from there on out. I don’t think this job is for everyone definitely takes some mental power some days it’s so bad some days it’s rewarding
