Applied online. The application asked for a lot of information that I don't feel is needed at the point of application (permission to reach out to current employer and references at that point seems unusual). I was contacted by email by an HR rep asking for my availability, she cold called me without ever responding to the email confirming that I'd be available. The rep asked many basic questions, quoted me out at 80-90k, asked me when I could start, my PTO for the rest of the year and my schedule for the following week for a manager interview- this call occurred on a Wednesday. I explained when I gave my availability that my work schedule fills up Thursday/Friday for the following week but I would hold the time until I heard from her. I followed up via email Thursday evening and was met with a quick excuse that she was unable to coordinate with the manager. It is now Monday at 12 and I just got an email that they are no longer moving forward with my application. I am very annoyed with the lack of consideration of my time. I won't be applying here again, this process was very disorganized and unprofessional.
