Disorganized. The recruiter sent me an email telling me I had been moved to the interview stage but never set a date. After 2 follow ups and 3 weeks, the recruiter emailed me on the day of telling me there was only one interview slot a few hours later. If this is the way they treat their potential employees, their company will not go far in the future.
