Call one with HR person: Went well and was told that a second interview will happen. A week later I contacted them. Then a second interview was scheduled. Interview 2- Technical: pseudocode a palindrome solution. This was via screen share with 2 engineers. Discussions about my RDBMS and Java/Spring experience. I was told they were still interviewing others and I would hear back. WA week later I get an email from the HR person asking, "Are you still interested". My yes answer was responded to with, "We are still interviewing others". That was it. Never heard from them again.

Question 1
Code a solution to determine of a string is a palindrome.

Interview
Initial phone interview was done by the secretary/HR person. All standard Java, HTML and XML technical questions.
The second interview was at their office and included standard technical questions from a software engineer, experience questions from a Program Manager, an informal lunch with the president, and final long presentation by the financial officer which will give you a lot of details as to how solid the company is, benefits, etc. The interviews were not drills, but more conversations to try to gauge how much one knows.
Overall a very positive experience. Looks like a great informal company to work for and you can see they are very passionate about what they do.
Overall many standard technical questions that can be found on the Internet. I did not get tested with a code analysis question, but it looked like they normally do it (e.g. tell me what's wrong with this code, or something like that).
